During a really intense and large scale bidding process, I needed resource to help with preparing sensitivity and scenario analysis to prepare for a board presentation. Time was very tight and I needed the kind of help that would ask the right questions at the right time. The scenarios and sensitivities were far from straightforward. I first met Carole in 2010 when working on a short term project requiring “out of the box” financial analysis of a major customer contract. As fate would have it, this additional work came at a peak time for our regular staff.
Carole provided a flexible and technically capable additional resource which enabled our permanent team to remain focused on their main objectives. She was able to understand the question at first pass and deliver a competent answer within tight timescales. Having reviewed her work, it was technically correct and commercially sensible.
